1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "ikaya88", "Platform", "we" or "us" refers to the entity managing the ikaya88.net website and all services provided on it. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any individual using this platform in any capacity.

These terms and conditions govern the entire relationship between ikaya88 and its members, covering the use of online slots, live casino, sports betting, tennis betting, 4D lottery, and all related support services. 2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one registered account at ikaya88. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide true, complete and current information including your full name as per your identity document (MyKad or passport), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. ikaya88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identity documents, as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported the breach of that information to us in writing via the support email before the activity took place.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ikaya88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The financial conditions that apply are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• The withdrawal processing period is between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the method and account held in the name of the same registered member. Third-party transactions are not permitted.
• ikaya88 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal that requires further review for security or policy compliance reasons.

Funds in an ikaya88 account do not earn any interest and cannot be transferred to another member's account on this platform.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ikaya88 offers a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of those bonus funds is permitted.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Total wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM700 → Total wagering required: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

ikaya88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system bugs, or violation of any promotion's terms.

6 Game Rules and Conduct

All games at ikaya88 must be played individually and solely for personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or other tools to play on your behalf.
• Collusion between players in live casino or sports games to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical weaknesses or bugs in games — any winnings obtained in this way will be voided in full.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means including data modification or technical fraud.

The outcome of all games is based on a random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited. Results recorded by the ikaya88 server are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of provable technical error.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ikaya88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is completed, subject to applicable compliance requirements.

9 ikaya88 Liability Limits

ikaya88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Technical failures by third parties including game software providers, payment providers, or internet infrastructure.
• Actions of other users or parties unrelated to ikaya88.
• A member's failure to secure their own login credentials.

To the extent permitted by law, ikaya88's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The ikaya88 platform operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with recognised international gambling law principles.

Should any dispute arise between a member and ikaya88, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the applicable licence.
